All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

    • Standard Shipping: $8.00 (2-3 business days)
    • 2-Day Express Shipping: $25.00 (if placed by 3:00 pm PST, Monday-Friday) 


    Orders typically ship same day if placed Monday-Friday before 3:00 pm PST. Any orders placed outside our normal business hours or holidays will be processed the following business day. 

    We are not responsible for any delays due to holidays. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”.

    International Shipping:

    We ship to most international countries. At this time we do not offer Express Shipping outside of the U.S.

      • The cost of Standard Shipping to Canada and Mexico is $25.00 USD.
      • The cost of Standard Shipping to the Rest of the World is $35.00 USD. 


    Standard International shipping takes approximately 8-15 business days (Holidays and Weekends excluded). Sheer Collective is not responsible for any delays due to customs processing. 

    All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. 


    Returns & Exchanges:

    Sheer Collective accepts returns for store credit within 15 days of the shipment delivery date (the date you received your package). Some exclusions and restrictions apply, see below.

    Original shipping charges are Non-Refundable. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with your return. 

    Please note: Bodysuits, accessories, and all SALE items are FINAL SALE.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must NOT be worn, altered or washed and must have all tags attached. Any items that do not adhere to these criteria will be mailed back to you and a standard shipping fee of $7.00 will be charged to your account. 

    Please complete this Returns Form and send along with the items you want to return. 

    Once we receive your item(s), we will send you a confirmation email that your return was processed and store credit has been issued. Please note, processing returns can take up to 3 business days.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    We apologize, but at this moment we DO NOT offer exchanges. You can, however, return your items to us for store credit, then place another order at for the item(s) or sizes you want instead.
